For the more demanding, we recommend a foam with higher density, which is characterized by higher stiffness and hardness which translates m.in. for better shape-forming capabilities and more precise processing, such as grinding.

Do you have foam in rolls?

No, the foam is in the form of 200x100 cm sheets.

Do you sell sheets in other sizes?

We offer 200x100, 100x100 and 50x100 cm sheets. We always cut smaller sheets from 200x100 cm sheets.

What is the best way to glue EVA foam?

A lot depends on what you want to get- how big the pieces, in layers or edges, for what material, and what the use will be. For bonding large areas, we recommend contact adhesives, i.e. contact glue i spray adhesive. Sometimes all you need is double-sided tape. To glue the edges together, use contact glue or cyanoacrylate. On the other hand, for still and light decorations you can use hobby adhesives or hot glue.

How do you send the foam?

Roll up the marshmallows and pack them in oblong cardboard boxes with a cuboid shape. This way they take up the least amount of space, and those in the size of 50x100 cm fit into parcel boxes.

Do you ship the foam flat so I don't have to straighten it out?

It is possible if you order sheets in the size 50x100 or smaller. The total thickness of the sheets must be a minimum of 6 cm, and the lead time may increase.

Can you prepare formats in a different size for me?

Of course, we can cut the formers in the right size on the laser plotter. Please contact us before purchasing to rearrange the offer.

How tough is EVA Foam?

Our basic foam is quite a bit firmer than the upholstery foams used in mattresses, for example, and firmer and stiffer than foam puzzles. Instead, it is much softer than rubber plates. This is difficult to illustrate with examples so feel free to order samples.

Is the foam with glue?

Adhesive foams are described as self-adhesive foams and can be found in the different category.

Can you laser cut in foam?

Yes, the foam is suitable for laser cutting. Foam engraving is also possible. We offer cutting and engraving services for foams up to 10 mm thick. The advantage of laser cutting is the ability to make repetitive and complex shapes without the need for punches.
