How to finish the surface to make it smooth?

The best solution after applying 3-4 coats of paint will be to let it dry completely overnight. The next day, use fine sandpaper 300 wet to polish the surface so that it becomes smooth.

Is the paint Flexi Paint water resistant?

The paint is waterproof. However, there may be discoloration after wetting, but after drying it will return to its normal color, to prevent this, use dedicated products Top Coat Matt or Top Coat Gloss. Also a good solution would be to use clear spray rubber.

Can it be mixed with acrylic paints?

Acrylic paints can be mixed, but they can also be overlaid on the Flexi Paint. Catches acrylics and powder pigments very well.
