Zasady dotyczące zwrotów

You have the right to return products ordered from us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Under current law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a declaration of withdrawal by email to: kontakt@cosplaycraft.pl. In the next step, we will work with you to determine how to return the goods to our warehouse in Poland.

In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will refund your payment using the same payment method that you used for your order. An exception applies if the customer has explicitly agreed otherwise in an email.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

Goods that have been made to order for the customer cannot be returned. These include laser-cut items, foam sheets or other materials that have been made at the express request of the customer.
