Universal butaprene contact adhesive. Suitable for all types of solvent-resistant surfaces.

Advantages:

  • flexible after drying
  • short drying time
  • high adhesive strength
  • moisture resistant
  • easy to apply

Technical data:

  • working temperature - from +16°C to +25°C
  • initial drying time - 15-30 min
  • application of the next layer - after approx. 15 min
  • temperature resistance (after curing) - from -30°C to +90°C
  • full curing time - 72h.

Contact adhesive can be used for bonding plastics, rubber, fabrics, felt, natural and artificial leather, metal, and wood.

We recommend it for bonding EVA foam.  Simply apply the adhesive to the edges of both elements, wait a few to several minutes for the solvent to evaporate, and join them together. Both elements will bond immediately.

Instructions for use: The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, dust-free, and degreased. Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use. Then apply a thin, even layer to both surfaces to be bonded using a brush or spatula. Wait 15-20 minutes for the solvent to evaporate and press the bonded elements firmly together. The pressure applied determines the final strength of the bond.
